Friends of the Freya von Moltke Foundation
On the initiative of Dr. Christian Ahrens (donor since 2007 and board member since 2009) the Friends of the Freya von Moltke Foundation was launched in January 2008. With regular, earmarked donations, the members of the Friends help us with our office activities. These activities include, but are not limited too, fundraising and public relations.
The members agree to support our foundation for the next three years with an outstanding donation of at least 1,000 € from individuals and 2,000 € from firms per year. Thanks to their generous donations the work of the office and therefore the further construction of the foundation is secured. Furthermore, their support allows us to make new people aware of the legacy of Kreisau. It is our goal that in the long term this money will also flow into the reserve funds that will support the maintenance activities in Kreisau.
